Electrical system – harness components development engineer
1.Collect information on new components, mainly including: participate in formulation of mold developing plan and rectification plan of components, receive demand of new components, prepare purchase orders of sample, ask for sample, quotation, drawings, and update drawing editions of components;
2.Initiate PLM process, including: propose supplier development applications, recommend suppliers, and initiate supplier selection reviewing and approval process; upload drawings, sample review conclusions, and initiate the process of preliminary material confirmation sheet;
3.Participate in optimization of suppliers and review of development of secondary suppliers, and participate in developing optimization of suppliers and development plan f secondary suppliers;
4.Conduct verification, review and rectification: prepare test authorization note and organize sample review in accordance with DV/DVP pertaining to newly developed and selected components, require the manufacturer to rectify the unqualified items, and evaluate the supplier's performance;
5.Establish and improve matching database: collect information such as material, weight, specification and matching elements of components, and input into data platform;
6.Submit raw material code application sheet, maintain material code, coordinate to revise relevant standard of material code, and handle abnormal issues of material code;
7.Establish and maintain database of component materials, manage CAMDS system, transform IMDS reports to CAMDS system, collect new component environment testing report and establish record, participate in development of QC80000 system, and evaluate suppliers’ achievements;
8.Analyze and design the transmission mode of each data and information stream in circulation processes;
9.Set forth reasonable design automation mode according to composition mode of each information stream;
10.Set out tool implementation plan in accordance with analysis of design automation demand;
11. Test and promote the application by combining with the logic structure built by program.
1.College and above, major in machinery, automobile, electronics and electromechanical, industrial engineering, automation, electronic information and material;
2. 2 years and above of work experience in harness technology;
3.Product knowledge: basic knowledge of harness, processing and manufacturing process of harness and its components;
4.Quality management systems: IATF16949, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP;
5.Business process: basic process of development of harness components.
